1. When using the sewing machine, the handwheel can only turn in its own direction and turn counterclockwise. Do not rotate backwards and forwards, which may cause dislocation of the machine or machine. Will also turn the bayonet in the handwheel bad, remember to remember! !
2. When sewing, in case of stuck thread and the machine cannot turn, do not pull the cloth or thread forcibly, nor continue to step on the pedal, stop immediately, cut the surface line and the bottom line, carefully take out the shell of the shuttle and other parts, and clean up the inside.
3. When backstitching, press the backstitching key not to loosen, backstitching can only be used when the car is in a straight line, other lines can not be used, the speed of backstitching should be slow, is one third of the straight seam, otherwise it is easy to break the needle. Backstitches are also not allowed for thick fabrics.
4. If the needle distance adjustment button cannot turn SS or S1/S2, or if the line trace selection button cannot be turned, first lift the presser foot and turn the handwheel in your direction, and then turn it after several turns. The knob is impassable and there is a sign with an arrow on the back knob, indicating that it cannot be turned and must be reversed. It will be easier to press these two buttons in and fasten them to the fuselage, instead of turning hard on the outside.
5. For 803/883 model, the adjustment button of the line trace width should be moved to the far right (the semi-circle at the top right of the machine) when using the zigzagging line trace, otherwise the seam will be a straight line. When sewing a straight line, turn the stitch width adjustment button to the far left, otherwise the needle position cannot be in the center.
6. At the beginning of the work, check the main parts, how heavy and heavy the tread is, whether there is any special sound, whether the needle is normal, etc., if any abnormal phenomenon is found, timely check.
